Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Service Policy Divine Life Wellness Coaching** Welcome to Divine Life Wellness Coaching. To maintain a clear, supportive experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. Scheduling & Payments All services—including intuitive coaching sessions, tarot readings, clarity calls, and workshops—must be booked online. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your time slot is held exclusively for you, and preparation begins long before we meet. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees Life happens, and you are welcome to adjust your appointment when needed. To respect both your time and mine: 1:1 sessions & tarot readings require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $10 late-cancellation fee, added to your next booking. No-call / no-shows are automatically charged the $10 fee and the session is considered completed/non-refundable. This ensures fairness, honors boundaries, and allows space for other clients who may be waiting. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment. Missed time due to late arrival is not refundable or transferable. Digital Products, Workbooks & E-Guides All digital items are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of downloadable content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Confidentiality & Ethics Everything shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, with the exception of situations involving risk of harm. Coaching and tarot guidance provide insight, reflection, and support—they are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention. Results vary depending on your commitment, readiness, and personal practice. Respectful Engagement Divine Life Wellness Coaching is a safe, judgment-free space. Mutual respect, boundaries, and open communication ensure the best possible experience.
