Service Description
Root & Rise Trial Plan Three-Month Private Coaching Experience Root & Rise is a structured three-month coaching experience designed to help you move beyond awareness alone and begin creating meaningful, intentional change in your everyday life. Through guided reflection, personalized planning, and consistent check-in sessions, we will explore what you are currently navigating, identify the patterns or barriers affecting your progress, and create a realistic wellness plan rooted in your values, needs, and goals. This trial is also designed to guide participants through the complete Divine Life Wellness client experience while providing valuable feedback that will help refine the official Root & Rise program. Your Trial Experience Includes * A complimentary Clarity Call to determine fit * Coaching agreement and full onboarding process * Client intake forms and wellness assessments * An initial coaching session and assessment review * Development of your personalized vision and three-month plan * Four continued coaching and check-in sessions * A final integration session * A personalized Wellness Map outlining your progress, supportive practices, and next steps * An end-of-coaching survey and opportunity to provide feedback Participants will receive **six private coaching sessions over three months**, with sessions generally taking place twice per month. A complimentary Clarity Call must be completed before booking. During the call, we will briefly discuss your goals, coaching readiness, availability, and whether Root & Rise is an appropriate fit for your current needs. Service Policy
Universal Coaching Policy (Applies to 1:1 Coaching, 3-Month Plan, and 6-Month Plan) Divine Life Wellness Coaching provides wellness coaching services designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and behavior change across mental, emotional, physical, and lifestyle wellbeing. Coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process intended to help clients clarify goals, explore barriers, and develop sustainable strategies for change. Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advising. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions throughout the coaching process. Results vary based on individual participation, readiness for change, and effort outside of sessions. Sessions must be scheduled through the official booking system. Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and providing at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions canceled with less than the required notice may be considered missed sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Payment must be completed according to the agreed service structure. Coaching services are generally non-refundable once sessions or containers have begun. Communication between sessions may be available depending on the coaching package. Standard response times for communication are 24–48 business hours. Messaging between sessions is intended for brief clarification or accountability and does not replace scheduled sessions. All client information shared during coaching sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law. Coaching relationships are maintained within clear professional boundaries, and either party may choose to end the coaching relationship if it is determined the partnership is no longer beneficial.
